HijackThis

HijackThis is an advanced utility used to clean browsers and computer settings from hijacks. It is not recommended for the use of a computer novice. HijackThis is a good utility to run and just collect a log file from. There are many forums that allow you to post the log and people on them will tell you which lines to remove. Remember, all online forums have various rules and etiquette for posting to these forums.
