Official Communication Policy

Providence College officially communicates with students, faculty and staff using email. The use of email allows delivery of information in a convenient, timely, cost-effective, and environmentally sensitive manner. It is the responsibility oof all members of the academic community to read all information sent to them via their College-assigned email account. If someone chooses to forward College email, he or she is responsible for all information, including attachments, sent to any other email account and the College will not assume responsibility for lost emails.

This policy does not apply to students in the School of Continuting Education.
