Workshops are offered to the Providence College staff on various Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. All workshops are hands-on and instructor driven. Current schedules are sent out to the campus via email and posted on the Information Technology web site. Workshops can also be designed and customized for departments based upon the needs of the staff. For additional information or questions, contact Diane Smith-Wilks at extension 2715.

In addition to instructor led training, we have access to a web based tool, ElementK, which provides online instruction to a wide variety of software including Publisher, Excel, Dreamweaver and Networking. The Information Technology department has a set number of Element K logons for the college community to share. To obtain an ElementK logon contact Ed Morin at extension 1425.
